Car running hot

I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 and it keeps running hot I
can't go down the street without it going all the way
up someone said it's the thermostat or my heater
hose idk

replace your thermostat but also make sure your cooling fan is working properly

I had same problem, these kind of cars needs burped good. It will have to be put up on a rack to do this. Mine done the same thing.
