I changed the starter and all new crankshaft ans camshaft relays are new but still will not crank can anyone help ?

A "won't start" issue can be caused by many things that could be fuel, electrical, or mechanical. Get a code reader on the car to narrow it down. Do methodical diagnostics based on what codes show up.
