Die going down the road and will start back. Can you help me please

It occasionally had a hard start like it was flooded or
something later was driving down the road and it
just died I'm pretty sure I can hear my fuel pump
kicking on and took the fuel filter off had a little
trash in it but fuel or air went through both sides so
I'm pretty sure that's not it what could the problem
be. Please help me.

Hope you changed the fuel filter out, blowing threw it should be easy. Should check the fuel pressure tho.
