Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After changing alternator and installing spark
plugs and new battery my 2004 bmw x5 4.4i acts
like it doesn't want to start up. It's displaying check
brake light, check coolant level,  and engine light is
flashing on the dash board.. what could be the
problem.?

Check and replace pvc valves left and right,then fuel filter and fuel pump if necessary, all parts shouldn't cost more then 100 bucks on line,should get it running smoothly, check all air lines for old and cracking, hope this helps,still trying to figure my issues
