You'll need a T50 or T55 torx bit driver to undo the bolts holding the seat in. Slide seat forward, undo rear bolts. Slide seat back, undo front bolts. Disconnect battery and wait a minute (to avoid problems with the airbags). Tilt seat up and disconnect wiring harness. Undo seat belt bracket. Then tilt the seat back and remove it from the rear door. They're heavy, helps to have another person to lift it out the door.
