2005 a4 Audi 2.0

For some reason my coolant reservoir has a crack
looks melted would any one now why and also my
oil pressure light is in I recently got an oil change
and the man says it maybe the indicator????

For your oil light, it could be a faulty sensor or a bad oil pump. But I'm not sure about the melted crack on your coolant reservoir.
