How often should you do wheel alignment?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I only do it if I notice tire wear issues but it would not hurt to do it every couple of years. It really depends on your driving - what roads you drive, how many miles and your past experience with tire wear issues. I have 4x4 truck with nearly 200,000 miles on it and have only had the toe-in adjusted once and I use the truck hard but some vehicles are more prone to problems than others.
