08 enclave will not start has power no crank or click

Had to put a belt tensioner on my 08 enclave. Now i.have it
back together it will not start no click no nothing has power.  
Gauges move lights come on.

Will it start in neutral ? Also check starter relay in fuse box under the hood.

Go in the fuse box on the inside of your car right passenger side on the bottom of your dash an pull number 2 fuse an replace it an your truck will crank dman3174@gmail.com are Facebook Dexter Edwards

What is the number 2 fuse? The 2A fuse for the Pwr/whl? I managed to wiggle this fuse and a few moments later the anti-theft was triggered (horn chirped until it finally started honking). I was able to cancel it with the keyfob but does this mean the fuse panel is bad?
