it seams to wonders down the street when it goes left and you try to correct it then wonders to the right it doesn't seam like its tracking down the road very well I took it back to the shop they said that I needed new ball joints and there is nothing they can do

Take it to another shop for a second opinion. If they messed something up they might not be quick to admit it.
