Cold start engine knock

My 03 chevy Tahoe 5.3 with 183,000 miles on it and
is knocking on a cold start but after like 30 seconds
it goes away and drives great. Oil pressure was low
but I put thicker oil in it and it’s back to 40 at idle
but didn’t fix the knock .I want to fix it  it’s driving
me crazy. The couple of shops said I should do a
engine swap but I’m trying not to, Any ideas would
be grateful thank you Rob
