'04 Tahoe won't start

Asked by dannygr2542 Jun 16, 2018 at 04:22 AM about the 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an '04 Tahoe that will not start. It has progressively gotten worse.  I turn
the key into the on position and everything works, all lights, windows, locks
stereo etc. Clicking in the dash.  If I keep turning the key it will eventually start.
Also it starts no problem when cold?  Any ideas?

I'm had same thing...k... Go to fuse box under hood by battery in front ..trust me take off cove then . In screw ground off front of box should be two little screws holding the whole box...now flip it over an in one of them clusters of why it is you're going to have a busted why I probably look for a green put something in the top but it should be close to the plugs a vibrate and those wires split and if that ain't the case go underneath your door the driver's door you're going to see two wires grounded there brown sand get a grinder grind a s*** out of that body and reconnect the ground cuz that rest will stop your calf it'll turn turn turn crank no start no code if that's what you're getting check there first
