Start with starting your Durango put it in neutral put the 4X4 selector in 4low wait a few seconds. You should hear the transfer case clunk a little bit. Now put it back into 2wd and shift it into drive or reverse move at least 20 feet stop put into park and see if your blinking 4low light goes out.

No problem. Somebody must have tried to put in 4 low without putting the gear selector in neutral first. No biggie, glad I could help.
