03 dodge Durango not shifting back into Awd, Help?

I have a 03 Dodge Durango that i just got. Truck is in great condition, but its stuck in 4w
high. It wont shift back into AWD. Any ideas on how to fix this? Is it the actuator or the
transfer case  is bad.

Try this it is not your transfer case put it in to park and than shift it down in to awd that happened to me in my 2000 Dodge Dakota sport I will work

This happened in mine 03 durango..front drive shaft was tooken off..once I put a new one on it worked..then my rear wheel started locking up smh
