2004 lincoln navigator, after power washing it, (I know, i will never do that again) i lost the swinging step bars, all interior lights including the dash, no radio, no navigation. I went through all the typical troubleshooting and still nothing. No diag tool will read any code, its as if there are no codes.... After tons of research I figured it might be the 300 series relay that are built on the fuse box. I replaced the fuse box with the latest FORD certified box with all new fuses and relays. Still that same issue. Need a serious idea to get past this one.

I found that the instrument cluster (The speedo cluster) was the root of all my issues. There is a controller in there that manages most of the vehicles electronics. I was able to purchase a used "Working" Cluster. Swapped it in and everything worked. $100 fix that took 6 years to figure out. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me if there is any questions / reply to post.
