before he changed the terminals on the battery we got the dings and could put it in neutral and get a clicking but nothing in park

well we did not but it is a new interstate battery and know that doesn't matter that you can get those bad we took the battery out of my daughters car and it is fully charged and still get nothing

Hi, Given that things were OK before the terminal change, I would go back to that point and check that they are conducting current.

My 2000 explorer clicks onces too , I had my battery tested and they said it was bad, I bought a new battery on the spot and installed it ,same thing ,one click, selinoid? starter? If ground is good ? 1 Answer

Should I assume the selenoid is no good or the starter is no good if I check and see the ground connection is ok?
