what could be the problem if the truck will not start, good battery and starter

Cranks but won't start or won't crank. Won't crank: neutral safety switch, starter relay, ignition switch (electrical), frozen motor. Cranks but won't start: fuel delivery (pump, injectors, inertia switch) or spark (crank sensor, PCM, wiring). I have an 03 V6. The engine has two cams for timing. One in front, the other is in the rear of the engine. Each one services one side of the engine. The engine has to come out to determine if the tensioner went bad on the rear if the problem is cam timing. Even the one on the front is a #$%^ to fix. A few special tools to hold everything in place when installing the chain is necessary.
