check engine light

I just had my motor rebuilt with new
thermostat and spark plugs. My check
engine light keeps popping on but I don't
know why. My machanic said everything
looked fine. What's wrong with it?

If it is the yellow check engine light and not the red one just swing by someplace like autozone and have the codes pulled, it is possible that something was missed during the install, write them down and repost them back here and someone will jump in and help you along with further diagnosis. if it is the red one then stop running it and have it towed back to where it was worked on to find out why it is reading low or no oil pressure.
