Will a 2012 Explorer OEM wheel with 255/50r20 fit my 2004 Explorer XLT without any modifications?

I am buying my friends take offs from a 2012 for cheap so I am considering.

The wheel hub is exactly the same 5x114.3, my main concern is the rubbing. Thanks Joosy

Easiest way to tell is put them on one front and one reat, Rotate them by hand and see. If they don't rub jacked up, lower the car and just hand push it and listen for rubbing. Be sure to check turning, lock to lock, i am guessing you are buying them used??? You can't just guess because all tire manufactures don't make the exact same dimensions for the tire size.
