I HAVE A 2004 FORD EXPLORER XLT 4.0L AND I HAVE REPLACED MY MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR, FUEL RAIL SENSOR, AND THROTTLE POSTION SENSOR. NOW ITS TELLING ME I NEED TO REPLACE MY THROTTLE POSTION SENSOR AGAIN. ALSO MY "LIMP HOME" MODE KICKS ON AFTER ITS BEEN COLD OUTSIDE, BUT IF I LET IS RUN FOR A FEW MINUTES TURN IT OFF THEN BACK ON THE LIMP HOME MODE GOES OFF, WHAT CAN THAT POSSIBLY BE?

You probably need to take it to a qualified mechanic for proper diagnosis. Throwing parts at it is only going to cost you money. Putting aftermarket parts on it versus genuine FoMoCo is a mistake also cause some of the aftermarket stuff is crap.

Limp mode indicates an electronic problem. This is a safety feature built into vehicles to prevent further damage. A mechanic with a live data recorder will have to determine the problem.
