Will a 4.0 1991 EFI engine fit in a 2005 4.0 SOHC with exchanging the intakes over?

I have a 1991 for explorer Eddie Bauer and a 2005
ford explorer Eddie Bauer , will the engine from the
1991 fit in the 2005 with exchanging the top of the
motors over?

NO. 91 4.0 is an over head valve engine and 2005 4.0 is an SOHC engine. Two different setups totally. Besides, the PCM plugs for the 2005 won't even connect to the 91 PCM.
