Check your bulbs and make sure that the high beam filament hasn't burned out. If bulbs are good, check your relays. May not be a switch issue.

Envoy, there is a fuse box located on the drivers side by the battery. Open it up. Flip the cover open and look on the inside of the cover. There should be a schematic telling you what each fuse and relay does. Find the one that says headlights. What exactly is your issue? Are both headlights not working? Also, what year Camry do you have?

Not an answer, but the same question. When I try to turn on my high beams, neither of them goes on, and the indicator on the dashboard does not go on either. Any ideas?
