Toyota Camry 2003 LE 3.0L instrument cluster light

Hello ,
Please help.
2003 Camry LE 3.0L V6 instrument cluster light is not working. Other lights
are fine. So i wanted to remove the circuit board and then change the bulb.
But I don't know how to disconnect the gauge so i can disconnect the circuit
board from guage and put new bulbs. The guage has the steel round caps
and white connectors which i think holds all 4 gauges. See picture i have
highlighted and also if there is any other steps would much appreciate.

My cluster looks the same so what did you have to do to fix the lights mines is having the same issue

You have to pull the gauge needles off the front, then there are screws exposed underneath that allow you remove gauge motors then the circuit board is free to be removed. The lights on this board are SMD led style.
