Will a Crown Vic 4.6 engine fit in my 1970 ford grande?

i have a 1970 Ford Mustang Grande (originally had a 302) I bought with no motor or tranny. A buddy told me he has an engine and tranny I could have pretty cheap  its a 4.6 from a police interceptor

Yes that is correct, I have a 88 mercury 5,0 in a 1950 Ford,must have correct computer,with FI wiring return fuel line and frame fuel pump, proper ignition setup,then the fun stars as to make it work like its was before. If you have a lot of patience, time and $ resource it can be done. Good luck Is it worth it,
