it would all depend how it was geared and how the engine was built, i think that they would only go about 145 or so witht he 4 speed till they were pretty much topped out. but if you got a different tranny and geared the rear different you could go way faster.
not exactly you could have a 350 small block and 4 geared trans and not be topped out it would have to be a 5.0 to get to hat speed
just to let you no ford nevr made a 350 it was the 351 and the high performece one the " cleavland" producde alot of ponys but the " winsor " was more of a entery level motor for the muscle cars
