My 1996 Accura Legend car gear is hooked and on the dash board is showing D4 while the gear itself is on Park, so this warrant the car not to start and the gear could not move.Can it be repair

Yes. Try putting the car in neutral. Go to YouTube and watch a video on how to do it.

There was no Acura Legend made for 1996 for the American market.
