i have 85 gt 5.0 with 74 302 with carb and points just got it moter on ground beside tran i still to see it run. I need some pics 1st oil pan i have seen with 3 plug holes.

I have never seen oil pan with 3plugs in it. 1 plug hole as big as a lugnut on side of oil pan.1hole on bottom directly below it.and then the drain plug.I would like to obtain pics on power plant. I need some feed back.thanks

sounds like the car formerly had an accessory that required an oil line. 5.0s had 2 drain plugs because of the cross member that runs under the oil pan causing it to effectively be divided in 2 halves.

Front and back drain plug and some sort of oil sending unit plug 85 5.0
