where is the fuel pump relay under
the hood

what I have found it says the fuel pump relay is under the drivers seat.

Take a look at this link I found. It has a wiring diagram that shows the relay http://forums.corral.net/forums/general-mustang-tech/1174340-1988- mustang-fuel-pump-will-not-prime.html
