Why won’t my 89 Stang start?!

Ok here’s the scoop. Today I installed a new fuel
tank. Efi. I also installed a new fuel pump and fuel
filter. I put the gas in, and I flicked the switch on and
off a few times. I heard the pump come on each
time, but the car will not start and stay running. It
started with carb cleaner but it’s like then engine
isn’t getting any fuel. I’m not sure what to do or
where to start.
