Why is the engine so Loud on My 2007 VW jetta Wolfsburg When I first turn on my car it's insanely loud and then quiets down a little once it's warms up but till is very loud.

your heads have either low or no oil in them and the lifters are geting more friction to them then normal that is the clicking noise. To check for oil take off your oil cap while the cars running and look in if you see oil being pushed around your fine if not you are either low on oil or have some bad lifters. Which is ussaly only caused from lack of oil or running your oil longer then recomended which is normaly every 8000km Syncthetic will last till 15000 km but i ussaly recomend changing it around 10000.
