Did you check compression and make sure the timing belt is well in time?

So we went to switch the starters out and decided to test a few things before we started....the starter is fine! The clutch safety switch was the issue and he "put a bandaid on it" it's running now and should last a while...once it's warmer outside he's gonna completely fix it for good

Thank you for stating what the fix is. That helped me identify my problem, the upper clutch switch. Now trying to get to it is not gonna be fun... Thank you again!
