R&R the rear coolant line on a 2007 Ford Freestyle

Rear coolant lines have a split and coolant is leaking,  want to remove and
either repair or replace the line.   Just trying to get info on procedure to follow or
what has to be removed.
Does the gas tank or rear axle have to be removed, etc. ?
