Which springs to lower the suspension for mileage

I bought a 2007 Focus SES 5 door hatchback and the ride is fine.  I want to lower the body clearance over the tires to improve MPG.  The rear wheel well is almost 4 inches over the tires.  Which route do I go?

lowering it wont help your mpg,leave it stock or you just looking at nothing but problems.
