Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The door ajar seems to go off only on the right side of the vehicle so i know where the
problem is and how do i fix that? Ive tried doing the DW40 trick and slamming the door
to turn it off and it worked only around November of last year till about December. And
the dome lights seem to flicker off and on alot. I dont drive my vehicle alot and it
flickers when myself and my neighbors sit outsides and i believe it leads to my battery
in my car draining. So please any help would be very much appreciated.

I had the same issue with my 2006 and used this youtube to help me resolve it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uV1r9wUy6_M

It is common for the door latch to be the cause of the problem. https://youtu.be/F_aP0TA3pxs
