Check fuel pressure and check for spark.

Spray a little bit of starting fluid down the throttle body. It should run a few seconds on that. If it does it's a fuel problem. Next, turn the ignition key on but don't try to start it. Listen for the fuel pump. It should run a few seconds. If not, replace the fuel pump relay since the fuel pump is new. If you have the V6 engine remove one of the spark plug wires at the spark plug. Take a large screwdriver with a plastic or wooden handle and put the metal part into the end of the spark plug wire you just removed. Holding the handle of the screwdriver position the metal part of the screwdriver near something metal that's not painted. About a half inch or quarter inch away is good. Don't let your hand touch the metal part of the screwdriver!! Have a helper crank the engine. You should see a rhythmic spark jumping from the screwdriver to the metal that you're holding it near. You might even hear it make a SNAP SNAP SNAP sound. If you have that and it still won't run at this point it's time for a compression test. If all cylinders test very low or zero it's jumped timing and needs a major repair! Hope that helps! Jim
