cost to repair washer fluid leaking on driver's side of floor on a 2007 chevrolet equinox lt

The fluid tank has been filled twice and it is leaking fluid onto the floor board of the car.  The substance appears yellowish and has no odor.  However, the floor mat is soaked with fluid .

My 2009 does the same thing. Drivers side floor is blue from fluid and reservoir goes dry after 1 day not using it. No leak found inside engine compartment. A mystery. Any thoughts?

There is a rear washer hose that goes from the front to the rear of the car. It is in thexcellent middle of the wiring harness on the floor
