My 2007 cobalt the chimes never did work and now I have no power with radio. Could this front driver side speaker have anything to do with this? Checked all fuses and all good!

would take a look at the Ground connections to the fender/chassis~ the Black terminal has three connections, one to the engine block, one to the fender/chassis, and one for the flashers/pre-sets, might get a new battery at this point~ 2007 is OLD should have a new one and new or corrosion free cables, might test to make sure a parasitic drain is not present~
