Often times when I’m turning my car off the engine
will shake also at stops it’ll shake abs feel like it’s
going to cut off, is it my engine mounts? no shop

Scanning for trouble codes is almost always a good place to start. Your car's computer may know the answer and is just waiting to be asked.
