I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger. Recently the horn has been blasting by itself while I am driving. Sometimes it will go off when I am locking or unlocking the car.

Also recently the car will completely lose power while driving.  When I stop the
car and try to re-start it wont start until the car has sat a few minutes.

What did you ever figure out with your Dodge Avenger? My horn does the same thing and it just shuts off while driving or idle.
