08 avenger has a rough idle with weird humming noise. At times even stalls out in gear. Check engine light is NOT on so I have nothing to go by to check

08 Avenger has a rough idle and the RPMs go low enough to stall the car out sometimes. It always starts right back up. Also, there is a weird humming noise near the power steering pump but its not the pump itself (pulley or belt maybe) The check engine light has never came on so I have no codes to check, HELP!
