What could be the issue with my horn if it just randomly goes off for about 60-90 seconds for no reason? I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger. I thought it was the fuse. I took it out (which happens to be the radio fuse as well). It still went off for 60 seconds and then stopped. If car is on or off, it does it.
