97 Acura RL 3.5 hesitates

97 Acura RL hesitates from stop to about 15 mph, then it clears out and runs good or if I romp on it, it hesitates for a few seconds then takes off and runs good. Why? I have changed plugs, fuel filter and checked compression (125 lbs/cyl). I use 91 octane fuel and I have run Lucas fuel cleaner for the last few tanks. I bought the vehicle 3 months ago and it has 118k miles on it. What else can I do to make it run better?
