Tail lights out on my 97 integra

Bulbs replaced, fuses are fine wiring is ok.
Why wouldnt  my tail lights come on with
my headlights.

Hey GA . I hope you read this. I got in a car accident with my 01 Integra and the passenger running light and blinker got smashed. My taillights are not working. Is it because the running light and blinker are not on there?
