Rear wiper & cigarette light power

My cigarette lighter in my car isnt on when the cars on
and i turn my rear wiper on it works for a few seconds and
my cigarette power turns on then they both just stop
working?? Help please

You have a bad connection or probably a relay switch. A loose ground wire can cause intermittent off and on problems. Cigarette lighters are notorious for causing blown fuses, relays, and so on.
