Listing not showing up

I created an account, confirmed my email and posted my car several hours ago, however
it does not show up in the Used Car Search.  is there a delay before it will be posted?  I
can only see the listing by signing into my account and selecting "My Listings" (but of
course no one else can see the listing this way)

CarGurus requested a "verification" photo a day after my initial registration/posting. I provided the required photo and the ad was quickly posted.
