i found a 98 integra around my neighborhood the guy was sellling it for 2300 is it a good price?

guy has 22xxxxmiles on it says he has a clean title engine was rebuild at 16xxxx stick shift left side was
hit but has bondo and primer the whole car is complete flat black

U gotta look on craigslist for the same car and see what are the average prices. plus personally i dont really recommend doing business with neighbors or family, because if something happens, u will still see eachother all the time.
