Car will not turn on

I need help! Last week I was driving home and
all the engine lights came on. Shortly after I
tried to push on the gas but nothing was
happening. I coasted for a little bit and then
the car shut off. I tried to restart the car but it
only makes clicking sounds. The battery is
brand new and the lights still come on but the
engine will not start. There has also been a
leak of transmission fluid but when I checked
the levels, it is still good. Any ideas as to what
to look for or what my problem could be?
