Just guessing that you might have a PO420 (catalytic converter insufficiency) CEL. If so, check with SOA to see if you can squeeze a free front cat out of them. If not, and there are no operating symptoms, just ignore the 420 and erase it prior to annual emissions inspections or similar. Thousands of mid-noughts 2.5i owners chase their tails with this one.
