Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1999 acura 3.5rl sedan. Crank no start. Replaced plugs,  
fuel,  fuel filter, starter. Gettin fuel, got a obd2 scanner,
scanner will not turn on with the car in the on position and
in neutral. Any help would be helpful.  Thanks

we got it fired off. thanks for the advice got few more issues to deal with. i put a post out with a few codes, around 7 or 8 codes. motor sounds real good. thanks again
