do you have the clutch in whan you stop cause some cars when you stop while its still in gear it will put friction on the clutch pressure plate and it will stall

I had a fiero that would do this, when it has lees than a half a tank of gas, tank is so small, when you park on hill,it would lose fuel from the fuel pump, this would explain why it only doe,s on hill.
