replaced fuel pump and relay but still no fuel.

my son's fiero stopped running. it wasn't getting fuel so we replaced the fuel
pump and relay and stil it isn't doing anything. There is no clicking from the
relay and we cannot ever hear the pump come on. It seems as if there is no
power to the fuel system. All of the fuses are good.
